Jasmine sorbet
A guaranteed summer delight, made during the flowering period of the fragrant jasmine plant. Pure white and of inebriating fragrance, it is made in a laborious process that involves gathering the flowers at sunset, before they close. The sorbet is accompanied by anise cookies or classic buns for an authentic Trapani style breakfast.
Trapani sea salt, compared to others, contains more magnesium, potassium, iodine, flourine, sulphur, calcium and a lower quantity of sodium chloride.
